The customer in Palikir, Federated States of Micronesia is a local small-scale equipment supplier, mainly engaged in supporting small-scale light industry processing equipment and livelihood heating equipment, which is in line with the country's economic characteristics of focusing on agriculture, fisheries and services, weak industrial foundation and widespread small-scale processing industries. The 200 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of small-scale light industry processing molds and livelihood heating equipment. The customer's core needs are simple structure, easy maintenance, high cost performance, adaptation to the working conditions of small-scale equipment, compliance with local basic electrical safety standards, and adaptation to the needs of island residents' livelihood. Combined with customer needs, we selected cost-effective SS304 stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 6mm and a length of 120mm, which are small in size, simple in structure, terminal type design, matched with silicone wire resistant to 180℃, facilitating customers' installation, replacement and daily maintenance without the need for professional technicians. The interior is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide powder, matched with Ni80Cr20 resistance wire, which heats evenly, can adapt to the low to medium temperature heating demand (50℃-140℃), not only meets the temperature requirements of small-scale light industry processing, but also adapts to the use needs of livelihood heating equipment, with strong practicality. In the production process, we strictly followed the electrical safety standards of the Federated States of Micronesia, and each product was subjected to on-off tests and electrical performance tests to ensure no leakage or short-circuit hazards and ensure safe use.
