Today, two engineers from the well-known Italian hot runner brand GC visited our production base. The main purpose of their visit was the on-site acceptance of a customized batch of multi-zone temperature-controlled cartridge heaters. Each product in this batch integrates three independent heating zones and K-type thermocouples, enabling gradient heating of molds. At the test bench, the client's engineers personally operated the temperature controller to set, heat, and collect data from the three heating zones separately. After nearly two hours of testing, the products met their stringent technical agreement requirements in terms of heating time, independent temperature control accuracy of each zone (±2°C), and inter-zone insulation performance. The client expressed high recognition for our capabilities in precision manufacturing and testing and signed the acceptance certificate on the spot. This batch of high-value-added products will be shipped next week.
