Key progress has been made in the U.S. woodworking edgebander heating project, which has lasted for one and a half months. The client required a heating element that could fit into the extremely narrow heating slot of their new edgebander, which traditional round tubes could not satisfy. Our technical team proposed a rectangular flat tube solution (60mm x 5mm cross-section) with a swaging-in hard wire (single-strand stainless steel wire) structure for easy direct wiring inside the client's equipment. The first batch of 5 samples was airmailed to the U.S. last week. Client feedback indicated that the samples fully met the design requirements in terms of heating speed, surface temperature uniformity, and installation fit. Today, we received the sample approval sheet signed by the client along with the first formal order for 500 pieces. The production department has begun material preparation, with batch production expected to commence early next month.
