The customer in Lagos, Nigeria is a well-known local petroleum equipment parts manufacturer, mainly providing supporting parts for Nigeria's petroleum industry. The 100 cartridge heaters purchased this time are used for the heating of its petroleum processing molds, which is in line with the industrial characteristics of Nigeria's petroleum industry as the pillar of the national economy. Combined with the high-temperature, oil-polluted and humid working environment of Nigerian petroleum processing workshops, we selected SS316L stainless steel tubes, which have excellent corrosion resistance, oil resistance and high temperature resistance, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of petroleum processing. The pipe diameter is 10mm, the pipe length is 200mm, matched with high-temperature silicone wire resistant to 250℃, ensuring stable work in high-temperature and oil-polluted environments; the interior is filled with high-purity high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide powder, matched with precision-wound Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to achieve precise temperature control, with heating uniformity error not exceeding ±1℃, avoiding local overheating damaging petroleum processing molds. In the production process, we strictly follow the Nigerian standards for petroleum equipment parts, launched a special corrosion-resistant production line, and each process is subjected to corrosion-resistant treatment and testing to ensure that the products can adapt to the petroleum processing environment for a long time. After production, the quality inspection department carried out full-item inspections, including corrosion resistance test, high temperature resistance test, on-off test and pressure resistance test. All 100 products are qualified, with a pass rate of 100%. The packaging link adopts oil-proof and waterproof packaging, independent vacuum packaging + double-layer moisture-proof and oil-proof cartons + built-in desiccant, with every 15 pieces packed in a bag. Bilingual labels in English and Hausa and special marks for petroleum equipment are pasted on the outside of the carton, clearly marking product specifications, corrosion resistance grade and quality inspection number. The logistics department has connected with the West African sea freight special line in advance, completed the production of export documents, and it is expected to arrive at the Port of Lagos, Nigeria within 6 working days to help customers improve the operational stability of petroleum processing equipment, in line with the needs of Nigeria's petroleum industry upgrading.
