The customer is a well-known local hardware trading company, mainly supplying parts to mold processing plants across the USA. The 10 cartridge heaters purchased this time are universal, adapting to the heating needs of various conventional molds. After communication, we provide the customer with terminal type cartridge heaters made of SS307 material, covering two pipe diameters of 6mm and 8mm, and each pipe diameter corresponds to different pipe lengths to meet the heating needs of different specifications of molds. Considering the large order quantity, the production department of our company immediately adjusted the production plan, opened 2 production lines to work at the same time, and made full use of the regular raw material inventory. The SS307 seamless tubes, Ni80Cr20 resistance wires, magnesium oxide powder and other raw materials are all in place without additional procurement, greatly shortening the production cycle.
