The order includes a mix of standard and custom-sized heaters, all designed to provide uniform heating along the length of the extruder barrels. The standard units are 240V, 750W, 16mm diameter by 400mm long, while the custom units are 240V, 1000W, 20mm diameter by 600mm long, with a special flange mounting configuration to fit the client's existing extruder design. All units are made from stainless steel 321, which offers excellent resistance to the high temperatures and corrosive fumes that are common in plastic extrusion processes.
